Uniformity problem and treatment method of coke extracting temperature
During the CDQ operation process, we will have to face many actual problems. We must highly value and try our best to solve them in order to avoid bad impacts on normal production. And then the following actual problems analysis from CDQ production plant will be provided to you for help.
What is uniformity problem of coke extracting temperature?
In general, the uniformity of coke extracting temperature can be judged according to the temperature uniformity of the upper part of cooling section and the circumference of the lower part of CDQ chamber. However, it is not appropriate to take it as only way to determine if the uniformity of coke extracting temperature. Sometimes it will even cause serious consequences. The uniformity of coke extracting temperature means uniform temperature distribution of the coke within the range of the plane at a certain height of the cooling section of CDQ chamber. So, as the coke extracted out from CDQ chamber, the temperature of single piece of coke tends to be uniform. But the circumferential temperature uniformity of the cooling section of CDQ chamber refers to the temperature uniformity of the coke in the cooling section near the chamber. This cannot directly reflect temperature distribution of the coke in the middle part of the cooling section.
How to uniform coke extracting temperature?
Therefore, when judging whether the temperature of coke extracting is uniform or not, we can judge by the temperature fluctuation of coke extracting except by the circumferential temperature uniformity of upper and low parts of the cooling section of CDQ chamber under normal production conditions. When circumferential temperature of the cooling section is uniform, if the temperature fluctuation of coke extracting is relatively small, it shows that the temperature is uniform. If the fluctuation value is relatively large, it indicates that the coke temperature distribution of the middle part and the surrounding parts of the cooling section is not uniform. We can adjust the volume of the gas into central and surrounding air ducts. If the coke hanging on the wall of the cooling section, we can turn off vibrating feeder for a period of time and make it suddenly work in a large amplitude mode.
Above is that the uniformity problem and treatment method of coke extracting temperature during the CDQ operation process introduced by CDQ production plant for you. More about the CDQ problems, you can directly call us for detailed information.
